BILLING POLICY

  1. To post an announcement, you will need to pay the associated fee per your package selection. We offer three types of packages: 1 Month, 6 Months and 12 Months. UzaSale Packages are designed in a way that the more you buy, the more you save.
  2. If you select the 6 Months and 12 Months packages you will be saving a substantial amount annually and you will receive priority and dedicated customer support for any concerns you may have.
  3. To select UzaSale Packages on the website, you should visit https://uzasale.com/pricing or select the preferred package while creating an announcement.
  4. When ordering services, you will be able to choose a mobile money payment network provider that is most suitable for you. All data entered by you on payment screens will be secured. The administrator will only receive information that relates to the payment.
  5. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the features and types of services, fees, and acceptable payment methods from time to time and for any reason.
  6. Unless otherwise provided by mandatory rules of the applicable law, any fees paid for services are non-refundable due to the online nature of the services. You acknowledge and agree that we will not make any prorated refunds in the event your announcement violates Terms of Use and is removed from the Platform, or when you deactivate an announcement by yourself.
  7. Available services are not subscription-based; therefore, you should renew their validity period manually each time once their period ends and you need to renew.
  8. Administrator does not guarantee any results of the package of service that you select and will not be held liable if they do not meet your expectations.
